I'm taking a wee break and rest before the next load. I didn't post this Am. No time again. I just didn't hear the alarm. Now that the weather is getting warmer I'm sleeping in for some reason? It's good I'm getting more sleep time, bad because the longer I'm staying still and sleeping in one position the more I ache when I do get out of bed.

I'm seriously thinking of going to see a PT. or someone who could adjust my spine and hips to see if that would help? But I really don't have the time to take time off from my day to keep appointments to do so.

It seems like I'm always working..even when I'm not. I never get a chance to hang out with friends and if I do meet someone new it's a quick meeting for coffee and a bit of chit-chat and it's over.

Ah well, my laundry isn't going to wash and dry itself...back to the chores....

Here's a thought: I do have a herniated disc in my back which makes it difficult to sit or stay in bed for too long. Over the last 5 years I've been doing some walking in the park and I find that during April and November I can stay in bed
or sit longer without he pain.

Of course, December to March I'm not so lucky because I'm not out walking then (too cold for me).

I have bad knees so I can't go to the gym. Do about 30 minutes to a hour a few days per week and see if that helps.

Extra sleep is wonderful. I cannot function without periodic visits to my chiropractor. I've had multiple spinal injuries. Keeping my spine in decent alignment is very important for my pan management.
